MOTIVATION
I am very passionate about how emerging technologies can help to improve health especially in a world marked by an aging population, unhealthy lifestyles, and rising healthcare costs. I advocate for their use in preventative & predictive health and managing non-communicable diseases. I'm committed to delivering solutions that reduce healthcare costs, enhance health outcomes, and drive profitable growth, exemplified by successful executions in telemedicine, digital chronic disease management and female health.
EXPERIENCE
To focus my work on helping to solve healthcare challenges e.g., scarcity of healthcare access, increasing costs, and lower health outcome I founded Laube Consulting 4 years ago.
I am an executive leader with over 25 years of experience in Digital Healthcare, Consumer Health, Life Sciences, FMCG, and High Tech. My career spans diverse senior roles in strategy, business development, commercial, finance and product design, cultivated at global firms like Procter & Gamble, Merck, Capgemini Consulting, and Mars. My background is a Master’s degree in engineering of biotechnology.
In addition, in my advisory board member roles I support corporate finance companies in raising capital and / or M&A deals in the healthcare sector.

Ecosystem Design & Execution
Our project focused on the strategic design and execution of an ecosystem, aimed at revitalizing an existing healthcare platform to drive increased traffic and revenue growth. Drawing inspiration from successful healthcare ecosystems, we designed a comprehensive healthcare journey spanning from healthy lifestyle, prevention, telehealth, treatment, medication, in-/out-patient support, to chronic disease management. We established this collaborative hybrid ecosystem as the digital front-door for hospital network operators with telehealth as gate-keeping service, engaged new partners for traffic & portfolio enhancement, and introduced a Digital Therapeutics marketplace. The unique offer drove user and revenue growth. We expanded globally to provide 24/7 access to healthcare in low-income countries, fostering cross-market knowledge transfer.
Pivoting & Scale-up | Market Entry
We undertook a dynamic project to pivot and scale a healthcare platform, transitioning from B2B to B2C. Our aim was to boost brand recognition, drive traffic, and increase revenues. In the exploration phase, we used a design sprint to understand audience needs, prototype solutions, and address regulations. In the second phase, top-notch agency collaborations improved brand positioning, content marketing, and media strategy. This helped us to be able to create a new, unique brand identity and launch a ROI driven, nation-wide D2C campaign with low CAC, high user traffic, & revenue increase. The new value proposition also facilitated successful market entries in international markets.
M&A and Change Management
The sale of Merck Consumer Health (MCH) to Procter & Gamble (P&G) was an important milestone which I had the privilege to lead for MCH. Together with the MCH executive leaders, we created a compelling sales story rooted in a 5-year growth strategy & previous transformation. With the exposé & management presentation aligned with all key stakeholders, we set the stage for a successful sale. The change management program ensured smooth integration with stable peak performance, low staff turnover, and talent retention. We realised the targeted sale price at an impressive EBITDA multiple, closed the deal as planned and seamlessly integrated MCH into P&G. Since then, the merged entities have thrived & extend growth expectations.
